Dr. Chow was raised in San Francisco and attended UC Berkeley for both her undergraduate and optometry education. She received her optometry degree from UC Berkeley School of Optometry in 1990 and an MBA from California State University, Hayward in 2001. Dr. Chow is a member of the Walnut Creek Host Lions Club and serves as the Executive Director and Treasurer for Lions In Sight.  Dr. Chow also volunteers at the annual Community Health Fairs in Stockton and Concord, CA. She resides in Brentwood, CA with her husband and daughter.
